Rooks bring in Hastings defender

By Ian Townsend

Jake Elliott is new at Lewes

Lewes have announced the signing of Hastings United defender Jake Elliot.

Jake made thirty nine appearances in the United defence last season- his second spell at the Pilot Field. He returned to Hastings last summer from National League South side Eastbourne Borough, leaving Sports because he was unable to juggle his work commitments with the travelling involved at that level.

He previously made thirty eight appearances for Hastings during the unfinished 2019-20 season, and scored four goals. He made another eleven appearances in the even-less-finished 2020-21 season. Prior to his time at Pilot Field he played for Peacehaven & Telscombe.
