Seven up to be six of the best!

By David Watters

The season isn't over yet for seven Ryman League clubs still hoping to end the 2015-16 campaign with silverware.

Despite the season being over for the rest of the Ryman's 72 clubs, Dereham Town, Enfield Town, Hendon, Leiston, Merstham, Tooting & Mitcham United and Worthing still have work to do in six county cup finals.

The Terrors and Hendon are two of the four clubs who kick off the run on Tuesday night (May 4) when they meet in an all Ryman London Senior Cup Final at the Metropolitan Police's Imber Court, kick-off 7.30pm.

Elsewhere on Tuesday, Leiston take on Lowestoft Town in the Suffolk County Cup Final at Ipswich's Portman Road while Merstham are heading to Woking's Laithwaite Community Stadium to play Godalming Town in the Surrey Senior Cup Final.

Enfield Town are next up, the Ryman Premier's Towners taking on Northwood on Saturday (May 7) in the Middlesex County Cup Final at Uxbridge, kick off 3pm.

Ryman North Dereham Town play Norwich United at Norwich City's Carrow Road in the penultimate showdown, the Norfolk Senior Cup Final on Friday 13 May.

Ryman South promotion play-off final winners Worthing round off the cup final fixtures when they take on Eastbourne Borough in the Sussex County Cup Final at Brighton's Falmer Stadium a week later on Friday 20 May to officially bring the season to a close. Both Friday games are 7.30pm kick-offs.
