Shulton returns to Town(ers)

Scott Shulton is back at Enfield Town


Following yesterday's friendly win at Cockfosters, Enfield Town announced the return to the club of Scott Shulton.

The midfielder was a big part of the Towners squad during the 2016-17 campaign, appearing thirty two times and scoring six goals as Town made their way to the Isthmian Premier Play Off Semi Final.

A former youth player with Wycombe Wanderers, Scott joined the Towners from Braintree Town, and early in his career also turned out for Ebbsfleet United and Bishop's Stortford. he went back to the Iron after leaving Donkey Lane, and went on to star for Hemel Hempstead Town and St Albans City at a higher level, as well as spending time with Wingate & Finchley and Potters Bar Town. He actually turned out six times for the Scholars at the start of last season, before heading for the Pitching In Southern Premier promotion race with Hayes & Yeading United.

Away from playing, he works for West Ham United coaching their very young prospects.
