Sussex brings in his first Bee

New Basildon United manager John Sussex has made his first signing- defender Eli Benoit.

Benoit should be familiar to North Division supporters. He began last season at Waltham Abbey, making six starts and scoring one goal- in a four-nil victory over Hertford Town- and also turned out ten times for Tilbury and five times for Barking.

Basildon travel to Felixstowe and Walton United tomorrow, hoping to find some form after taking only one point from their last eighteen.
