Leatherhead move for striker Charlie

Leatherhead have announced the signing of striker Charlie Sheringham, who joins on a dual-registration deal with National League South side Dartford.

Charlie started his career as a youth player with Millwall, Tottenham Hotspur and Ipswich Town, and also has Football League experience with Bournemouth and AFC Wimbledon. He also spent some time playing professionally in Bangladesh, but he has spent most of his career in the upper echelons of the Non League game. Apart from three spells at Dartford- one on loan- he has also played for Cambridge City, Bishop's Stortford, Histon, Welling United, Ebbsfleet United and Hemel Hempstead Town.
