The one and Oni

Maldon and Tiptree had a new man in their midfield for the second half of their victory over Gorleston on Saturday, Milton Oni coming on for his debut at half time.

Milton is the captain of Colchester United's Under 18 side and also features regularly for the Under 21's, and is still only seventeen years old. Highly thought of at his parent club, this appears to be his first step into senior football. He signed a two year scholarship deal with United in the summer of 2022., and was part of the United Under 21 side which took on the Jammers in a pre-season friendly in July.
