Carshalton defender moves to our Velocity Trophy winners

Horsham have announced the signing of Carshalton Athletic defender Bobby Price.

Bobby has been a red red Robin his entire career, coming through the Academy setup at Colston Avenue. He made thirty two appearances last season, but his total is up at around the three hundred mark, and he has won a promotion, been to the last sixteen of the FA Trophy and played in a Play Off Semi Final.

New boss Dom Di Paola said:

“I first spotted him in 2016, when he was quite young, but we’ve always really liked him as a player. He’s one of, if not, the best right back in this league and is someone I’ve liked for a long time.

The upheaval at Carshalton gave us an opportunity to sign him and he’s moving local to Horsham so it’s a nice fit. He’s a great lad who will fit in really well and a top signing.”
