Towners announce 'Public Services Day'

By Ian Townsend

Free entry for public servants as the Towners face Wingate & Finchley

Enfield Town have announced that their match with Wingate & Finchley on Saturday will be free for everyone who works in the public service sector.

They explain:

'We have identified this game as an opportunity to say thank you to those who provide our public services. We will allow all those who provide those services to attend for free for this game.

This includes those who work in the NHS+Care sector, Postal Services, Police, Prison+Probation Services, Fire Brigade, Councils, Schools, Nurseries, Colleges, Transport, HM Forces and the Voluntary Sector.

We will make an e ticket available for people to claim their free ticket but you will also be able to gain entry on production of appropriate ID on the day.'

For an e-ticket- but remember, you don't need one, and you'll need to show your i.d. anyhow- please head here. Well done to the Towners on this fine initiative.
