Two new Vickers- both of whom started yesterday

VCD Athletic this week made two new signings from South East Division rivals, with the arrivals of keeper Matt Funnell and defender Temi Eweka. Both made their debuts in victory over Herne Bay yesterday,

Funnell arrived from Sittingbourne, where he made two appearances. Prior to being a Brickie he was a youth player with Crystal Palace and also played for Maidstone United. Eweka came in from Hastings United, where he made six appearances- but he'd been there for less than two months, after signing from Kingstonian- for whom he had signed from VCD in November!
