Wanderers sign a Spark- and do a fixture swap with Billericay

Dorking Wanderers announce the signing of a new defender- and the Billericay Town match will be at their new stadium

Dorking Wanderers today announced the signing of versatile defender JJ O’Sullivan from neighbours South Park.

The 27 year old from Reigate has played over 320 games and has been a mainstay of the South Park squad as it has risen through the leagues, but now makes another step up to join Dorking in the Premier Division.

O’Sullivan will train with his new team mates for the first time this evening and be in consideration for a place in the squad for Saturday afternoon’s home league fixture against Kingstonian at Westhumble.

In other Wanderers news, you may recall our report last week that their home match with Billericay Town, originally scheduled for the club's new Meadowbank Stadium, had been moved to Westhumble after the opening of the new facility was delayed? Well the two clubs have since agreed to reverse the dates of their home and away fixtures, which means that Dorking will travel to Essex on 15th March before hosting the Blues- at Meadowbank- on Tuesday 17th April.
