A bevy of Swans

Staines bring in four

Staines Town prepared for the New Year by bringing in four new signings.

Harry Agombar returns to the club after a short time away, having played at Wheatsheaf Park last season. The midfielder, who was a youth player at Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, is no stranger to Isthmian League sides, having played for Grays Athletic, Hornchurch, Histon, Thurrock, Waltham Abbey and Bowers & Pitsea in the past. He also played in the Football League for Swindon Town. He first signed for the Swans in August 2018.

Defender Connor Gales comes in from Spelthorne Sports. He previously played for Hartley Wintney, Metropolitan Police and Guilford City. He is a former Youth player at Reading.

KJ Osu comes in on loan from AFC Wimbledon, where he has been playing rather impressively for the Under 18 side. Here's a video of him scoring for the Under 17's against Reading.

Finally, Danny Taylor comes in from Sheerwater, where he played alongside two of his brothers. The striker has also turned out for Knaphill and Abbey Rangers.
