A new City duo

Cambridge City have announced the signings of Tom Gardiner and Nicki Dembele.

Defender Gardiner returns to the club after playing for Chelmsford City, Eastbourne Borough, St Albans City, Wealdstone and Dartford. Earlier this month he signed for Enfield Town, and was in the squad for the FA trophy defeat against Ebsfleet, but doesn't seem to have made an appearance for the Towners.

Dembele, a forward, moves over from Met Police, and previously played for Walthamstow and Waltham Forest.
