East Grinstead bring in five

East Grinstead Town's new manager Leigh Dynan didn't get a great deal of rest over the holiday period, as he was masterminding FIVE transfers.

Jeffrey Gyamfi came in from VCD Athletic. The defender joined Vickers during the 2017-18 season from Witham Town, but has made only one appearance this season, fifteen last. He previously played for Whyteleafe and Brentwood Town.

Zak Henry arrived from Ashford United. Zak, a midfielder, joined the Nuts and Bolts in June and has made eighteen appearances this season. He started the previous campaign at Cray Wanderers, making ten appearances, before moving on to Grays Athletic, where he made eight more. He was an almost ever-present for the Wands in 2017-18 as they reached the South East Playoffs.

Jalen Jones moved over from Merstham. Jalen made four appearances for the Moatsiders after moving over from Worthing, for whom he'd already played thirteen times. He joined the Mackerel Men last season and was an immediate success, making twenty two appearances and- despite being a defender- scoring five goals in his first ten games. He had a trial at Dartford in the summer, and had previously played for Merstham before first signing for Worthing.

Jonathan Moanda moved from Aveley- although the defender doesn't seem to have made an appearance for the Millers. Last season he played for Harlow Town and Northwood, making nine appearances for the Hawks, and previously played for Farnborough.

Reece Williams-Bowers came in from South Park. The midfielder made eleven appearances for the Sparks this season, scoring in his first- against Waltham Abbey. A former AFC Wimbledon youth, he spent part of last season at Lewes, but doesn't seem to have made an appearance for the Rooks apart from in pre-season friendlies.

Henry, Williams-Bowers and Gyamfi all played a part in yesterday's defeat to Sittingbourne. Moanda was on the bench, an unused substitute.
