And then there was one!

Only South Park Reigate v Ascot United survives the weather- so head to Whitehall Lane for your Pitching In Isthmian South Central fix!

After matches at Chipstead and Northwood disappeared under the deluge, all roads head to Reigate, where South Park welcome Ascot United onto their lovely 3G pitch.

The hosting Sparks find themselves in mid table, thirteen points away from a top five spot with games in hand over most of the sides above them. They were in the top five not too long ago, but a mixture of indifferent league form and absences due to fine FA Trophy success has caused them to slip off the pace- they’ve taken only two points from their last four league matches, whilst away from the bread and butter knocking Leighton Town and Bognor Regis Town out of the Trophy, before Saturday’s narrow defeat at National League North Hereford. Tonight’s visitors, Ascot United, are four points and three places further back. The Yellas have also delivered some fine football this season, and finally look to have emerged from a long barren spell, winning two of their last three. Their main man, Brendan Matthew, has nineteen goals this season and will perhaps be the biggest threat to the home defence this evening.

A win for the hosts would see them move up one place, whilst an away win would see United up to thirteenth.
