Aussie full back new in Blue

Billericay Town brought in a new full back prior to their FA Cup tie against St Albans City on Saturday, with the loan arrival of Matt Dench.

Matt is part of the Academy setup at Charlton Athletic, and signed his first professional deal in the summer of 2022. He has played Under 18 and Under 21 football at The Valley.

He has won several international caps for Australia at youth level. This looks to be his first senior loan move.
