Brickies bring in Invicta man

Jake Goodman joins Sittingbourne on loan- and makes an immediate debut


Folkestone Invicta have announced that Jake Goodman has moved on loan to Sittingbourne, whilst remaining a big part of their future plans.

Defender Jake came through the youth ranks at Millwall. Whilst at the New Den he had loan spells with Staines Town, AFC Wimbledon, Aldershot Town and Luton Town, and after departing the Lions in 2015 he moved to Margate, who at that point were in National League South. Spells at Braintree Town, Maidenhead United and Bromley followed, and a short spell at Ebsfleet United was followed by two seasons with Dover Athletic.

He signed for Invicta las month, but made his Brickies debut in the goalless draw with Jersey Bulls in the FA Cup on Saturday.
