Brickies go Roman

Sittingbourne have announced the return of former loan striker Roman Campbell to Woodstock Park- and this time he's signed a permanent deal after being released by Gillingham.

Roman has made a number of Isthmian loan moves over the past year. He has most recently been at Ramsgate, making four appearances without finding the net, and he previously made two appearances for Enfield Town and spent a little time at Cheshunt. His previous period with the Brickies saw him score at a prolific rate, as he fired home five goals in six matches during August and September. He also spent some time on loan with the club last season, scoring seven goals in fifteen matches, and his return has been met with delight by their supporters on social media.
