Brickies take a Pont

Margate have confirmed that midfielder Harrison Pont has joined Sittingbourne on loan in the pursuit of more playing time.

Pont, who started in the draws with Brightlingsea Regent and Hornchurch, has more recently been on the bench or hasn't made the squad. His last appearance came against Lewes just under two weeks ago, when he came on with half an hour remaining and helped his side to secure victory.

He formerly played for Hollands & Blair and was a graduate of the Dover Athletic Academy. Whether he will be allowed to play for the Brickies at Bognor in the FA Cup tomorrow is as yet unknown.
