Chalfont and Steadman part ways

Saints start a manager search

Chalfont St Peter have announced the departure from the club of manager Aaron Steadman.

Aaron has only been in charge of the Saints since the end of October, stepping up from Assistant after the departure of Finlay Johnson.

Aaron, who also manages Berks & Bucks County FA Under 18's, originally joined the Saints in July last year. He was previously first team coach at Bracknell Town and at Ascot United, and was a successful youth coach at Maidenhead United prior to that.

The very short club statement explained:

'By mutual consent, Aaron Steadman has resigned from his position as manager of Chalfont St Peter AFC.

The club would like to place on record its thanks for all the hard work Aaron has put in for the club and wish him all the very best for the future.'
