Vickers midfielder takes a step up

Herne Bay announced the signing of VCD Athletic midfielder David Ozobia on Saturday, and then gave him an immediate debut as they snatched a last-gasp point against Wingate & Finchley.

David is a former Charlton Athletic youth, who also played youth football with Millwall and Queens Park Rangers. He went on to play for Harrow Borough and Aylesbury United, before making his Vickers debut in the summer. He made twenty Pitching In Isthmian South appearances, and scored two goals.
