Pitching In isthmian South Central side Uxbridge have announced a raft of improvements at their Honeycroft stadium- including a new 3G pitch.
The Red Army will also have a new stand to sit in, whilst vision will be improved by the installation of brand new LED floodlights, and there will also be new pitch surrounds, dugouts and perimeter fencing. The club explain:
'The current phase of improvements were all part of the vision of our late Treasurer David Tucker and former Chairman Alan Holloway and recently retired Secretary Roger Stevens.
The Football Club is indebted to the generous bequeathment of David Tucker to enable the works to be completed for the benefit of all those involved at Honeycroft in the years ahead.
All the current Management Committee are determined and focused on delivering the vision to provide the best possible facilities for players and spectators alike.'
Improvements are also being made to the clubhouse, with a new ceiling and lighting, a new floor, and new furniture.
