You'd think that Hornchurch wouldn't need to strengthen their strike force. With twenty three goals this season the Urchins are far and away the biggest scorers in the BetVictor Isthmian Premier Division- and a positive goal difference of eighteen demonstrates they're no slouches at the other end, either.
But Hornchurch boss Mark Stimson has decided to add another forward- and up Bridge Avenue has come Marvin Morgan, six feet four in his socks and shin pads, to reinforce that already formidable front line.
Morgan started this season at Wingate and Finchley, making seven appearances and scoring one goal. He previously played professionally for Aldershot Town, Shrewsbury, Plymouth Argyle and Hartlepool United, amongst others.
