Former Hornet becomes a Hawk

Whitehawk have announced the signing of former Horsham skipper Joe Shelley.

Joe was a powerhouse in the Horsham defence as they won the SCFL title a few years ago, and established themselves back at Isthmian level. He was at the centre of their defence as they triumphed in the Isthmian South East Play Off Final in 2019, and went on to play regularly and successfully in our top flight, before moving to Saltdean United, who were thwarted in their SCFL promotion bid last season by ground grading issues.

He has also played for the likes of Worthing United, East Preston, Hastings United, Horsham YMCA and Pagham.
