Four new Hawks

Harlow ring the changes

Harlow Town have today announced four new arrivals as they prepare for their trip to Hertford Town tomorrow.

Freddy Moncur moves in from Romford, although he hasn't actually played for Boro since December 28th. He was one of fourteen Romford signings announced on November 15th, and made five appearances, scoring once. He started the season at Cheshunt, where he made a dozen appearances- but you might just as well remember the midfielder from his time at Wingate and Finchley, Bishop's Stortford or perhaps Leyton Orient.

Chris Bourne moves in from Grays Athletic. Chris moved to Parkside in a coaching capacity, but has decided that he misses playing and on that basis has decided to pull on his boots once more. Greatly experienced, he played for Billericay Town, AFC Hornchurch, Met Police, Croydon Athletic, Staines Town, Heybridge Swifts, Welling United, Brentwood Town and Canvey Island.

Midfielder Ross Elsom comes in from Witham Town. Ross started his career with West Ham United, and has turned out for Carshalton Athletic, Ware, Tilbury- on loan from the Hammers- and this season for Basildon United as well as Witham. He made nine appearances for the Bees, scoring once, before heading to Spa Road, where he made two more- and as Mark Stevens has been in touch to point out, also played seventeen times for Barking last season. Thanks Mark, we missed that!

The final signing is Reiss Chandler, who comes in on a work experience loan from Southend United. He's a right back who plays regularly for the Shrimpers Under 18 side.
