From Stow to Regent for Allen

Tevan Allen takes a step up

Brightlingsea Regent gave a debut to former Stowmarket Town midfielder Tevan Allen in their draw with Potters Bar Town on Saturday.

Tevan joined Stow in October 2021, and played a big part in their run to the Play Off's last season, before being an almost ever-present this season, playing thirty times and scoring four goals. Stow won every game in which he scored, so Regent will hope he's brought his shooting boots!

Tevan moved to Stow from Coggeshall Town, where he made seven appearances last season, half a dozen appearances during what we had of 20-21, thirty one- with two goals- during the curtailed 2019-20 campaign, and forty three as Town made their mark in their first Isthmian season by reaching the Playoffs in 2018-19- a season when he won the manager's player of the year award.

Prior to his time at Coggeshall he played for both Bury Town and AFC Sudbury, as well as being an Academy player at Ipswich Town, Dagenham and Redbridge and at Ram Meadow.
