Get with the e-programme: Saturday 19 October 2019

By Ian Townsend

It's Monday, so it must be time for us to spread some electronic marmite

We had a marvellous weekend of football, and we've got some marvellous programmes for you to read, too.

We're going to start in the Premier Division, at Lewes, where the Programme also contains video, music and a free gift for every reader. One of those statements may not be true.

Anyway, the Rooks Progcast last weekend was effectively a tribute to departing manager Darren Freeman, and you can read/watch it here. Cray Wanderers spoiled the party somewhat, but we'd like to wish Darren all the best with his future endeavours.

Into the FA Cup now, and those red red robins are certainly bob bob bobbing (can anyone explain what that means?) along this morning, as they have the First Round FA Cup Draw to look forward to at 7PM. Carshalton Athletic defeated National League side Dagenham and Redbridge on Saturday, so all you Football League sides can look out, you're next! The programme from that match can be found here.

In the North Division, Canvey Island took on Basildon United and grabbed all three points- the programme can be found here, whilst Great Wakering Rovers sprung a surprise on second place Grays Athletic, and previewed that match here.

Felixstowe and Walton United entertained Bury Town, and the visitors left with three points and the top spot. The programme from that match can be found here.

South Central now, and Bedfont Sports were the latest victims of unbeaten Ware. You can find that programme here. Chalfont St Peter defeated Barking and previewed that match here, whilst Uxbridge defeated Ashford Town by the odd goal in five. You can find the programme from that match by heading here. By the way, if things go according to plan, our featured match next weekend will come from Honeycroft.

Finally, in the South East Division, Sittingbourne defeated Hythe Town by the only goal of the game. The Brickies sell a paper programme, and as Peter from the club explained yesterday, they sold 42 of those on Saturday, but also get an average of four hundred online readers. Find out what those four hundred are enjoying by heading here.
