Two Sussex Tanners

Leatherhead have signed two players from West Sussex, as defender Joe Tennent and midfielder Marco Figuero Correia head to Fetcham Grove.

Tennent made his debut in yesterday's victory over Hornchurch, after making nine appearances for the Mackerel Men this season- although he remained on the bench for that remarkable five-all draw between his old club and his new club last month. Joe previously played for Colchester United, Grays Athletic- moving between the two Essex clubs in March 2016- Soham Town Rangers- thirty one appearances in 2016-17- and, last season, Three Bridges, for whom he made thirty one appearances scoring five goals.

Corriera has made only one Hillians appearance so far this season, and nine last season, missing a large number through injury. He wasn't in the Tanners squad yesterday.
