Alex Giles joins Sheppey on loan

Sheppey United have announced the loan signing of young Gillingham defender Alex Giles.

A centre back, Alex already has Pitching In Isthmian League experience this season, as he spent some time at Faversham Town, playing twice last season and seeing his side keep a clean sheet on both occasions. he then moved on to spend some loan time at Folkestone Invicta, but doesn't seem to have made an appearance.

He has been a regular in the youth sides for the Gills, and signed for the club when he was still at Primary School.
