Wroxham boss Jordan Southgate raising funds for cardiomyopathy support

Wroxham manager Jordan Southgate has managed to find some spare time away from leading the Pitching In Isthmian North newboys, and is putting it to god use, raising funds for Cardiomyopathy UK.

Cardiomyopathy is a disease which makes it difficult for the heart to pump blood around the body, and in some cases it can remain undiagnosed for years and lead to sudden, unexpected loss of life. Jordan is fundraising in memory of his sister in law, tragically taken from her family a few months ago- and has organised a run/cycle/walk event to be held on September 25th, with all profits to the charity that supports patients with the disease and their families.

There is a Just Giving Page which has already raised more than six thousand pounds, and you can add to that by heading here.

Find out more about the charity- and the condition- by heading here.

The best of luck to Jordan, and to his fellow athletes.
