Winger Chris Henderson signs on at Ipswich Wanderers

Pitching In Isthmian North side Ipswich Wanderers have strengthened their midfield with the signing of Chris Henderson.

Chris was a big part of the Lowestoft Town midfield during the last decade, indeed he played there for best part of five years, making more than one hundred and fifty appearances and scoring rather a lot of goals from his place on the wing. He was back there last season, and scored seven goals in twenty eight matches.

As well as being a Trawler Boy he has played for Bury Town, Leiston, Gorleston and Kings Lynn Town, his time with Kings Lynn leading to him being named in the National League North team of the year after helping his side to promotion. He made seventy two appearances in all competitions for the Linnets, scoring nineteen goals.
