Maldon & Tiptree have been in fine form of late, and a fourth win in a row- and a sixth from seven- saw them up to third. The Jammers didn’t have the best of starts at Bowers & Pitsea, Ben Williamson delighting the Len Salmon faithful after just five minutes, but the Jammers turned the match on its head in the least twenty one minutes. First, George Smith levelled, and then a minute later Terrell Egbri put them ahead. With four minutes left on the clock Harry Phillips added a third, but a penalty from Williamson gave Bowers hope with only two minutes left. That hope remained unfulfilled.
