Hereford prove step too far for the proud Motormen

Pitching In Isthmian North side Redbridge had rather a long trip and some illustrious opponents, Hereford their hosts. Hereford sit in mid table in National League North but had been very good on their own patch, winning seven of their last eight at Edgar Street- the only side to defeat them being Gillingham in the FA Cup First Round. The travelling Motormen gave them a scare, James Barlow putting them ahead five minutes before the break, but the Bulls bounced back, levelling six minutes after the break, going ahead four minutes later and making it three-one on sixty four minutes. Hereford got a fourth late on, but the Motormen have much to be proud of.
