Hillians bring in a bright Spark

Burgess Hill Town have announced the signing of South Park defender Harry Pollard.

Pollard has been an ever present in the Sparks defence this season, making seventeen appearances so far this season. These followed the twenty five he made last year, his arrival- and that of his manager, Jay Lovett, coinciding with the upturn in the teams fortunes that saw them claw their way out of trouble after looking doomed to relegation earlier in the season.

He has now followed Lovett, the manager who took him to Whitehall Lane from Eastbourne Borough, to Burgess Hill Town.

Prior to his time at Eastbourne Borough, Harry was part of the youth setup at Charlton Athletic.
