Hyde sought!

Hashtag United have announced a new midfielder as they prepare for a Bank Holiday double in which they host Stowmarket Town and travel to Brentwood Town.

The new arrival is Mekhi ‘Merks’ Hyde. Merks isn't entirely new to our league. Back in 2018 he spent some time on loan at Bowers & Pitsea- from Dagenham & Redbridge- with their Under 23 side, although the Len Salmon has changed rather a lot since then- and he spent some time last season with Whitstable Town, but seems only to have played once. He was also registered as a young player with Grays Athletic.

He has spent some time in Sweden, with Eskilstuna City FK, and has also played for Southend Manor, Canterbury City and Stanway Rovers.
