All roads lead to Reigate this evening (there are no trains, there's a strike) where South Park's Whitehall Lane hosts the Isthmian Youth Cup Final between Cray Valley PM and Worthing.
Cray Valley have defeated Tonbridge Angels, Kingstonian, Maidstone United and Welling United to reach this stage, whilst Worthing knocked out Woking in the Semi-Final and prior to that triumphed in Sussex derbies against Burgess Hill Town, Whitehawk, Bognor Regis Town. Both sides are having fine league seasons, too- the young Mackerel Men are top of the South Division, four points ahead of second place Lewes with only one defeat all season and three matches to go, and have a rather remarkable goal difference of +69, whilst the young Millers are seven points behind leaders Welling United in the East Division, with two games in hand. They've conceded only five goals in thirteen matches, whilst Worthing have scored eighty eight in fifteen, so this looks very much like an attack v defence battle.
Kick off is at 7.30 PM.
