James Askew signs on at Stowmarket Town


Stowmarket Town have announced the signing of goalkeeper James Askew.

James started last season at Basildon United, where he made fifteen appearances. He then moved on to play for Essex Senior League side Stansted.

James was previously with AFC Sudbury, where he made seven appearances during the 21-22 season, and famously saved three penalties in a Velocity Trophy shootout win over Coggeshall Town. He previously spent a little time with Witham Town.
