Left back Bryant

Kingstonian last night announced the signing of defender Bryant Akono Bilongo.

The full back makes the step up from the Combined Counties League, where he played for Hanworth Villa. The Villains were in fourth place and unbeaten when the 2020-21 season came to a premature end. He also played for Villa's youth side, and is pictured being presented with the Man of the Match award after the Grant McLellan Youth Cup Final in 2019, where his side defeated Walton & Hersham. K's manager Hayden Bird told the club website:

"He is a player with real potential. With Ben Harrison leaving, we needed to add a left back to our squad. Having looked at a few options, we decided to approach Bryant. We are delighted he has joined us."
