McCollin heads North to the South Central

Striker joins Ware

You'd have thought that with eighteen goals in their last three matches the last thing Ware needed was another striker- but they signed one anyway, Andre McCollin heading to the other side of the M25 from South East Division Three Bridges. He made his debut with half an hour remaining of yesterday's latest six goal win, at home to Ashford United.

McCollin is perhaps still best remembered for his first spell at Kingstonian, where he made such an impression that he was signed by Aldershot Town. Since then he's been rather nomadic, returning to the K's twice but also turning out for Cray Wanderers, Tonbridge Angels, Merstham, Haringey Borough, Harlow Town, Burgess Hill Town and Whyteleafe. He made eighteen appearances for Bridges this season, his last coming in the four-one win over Hythe Town on November 23rd, scoring six goals.
