Former Billericay striker heads to Boro

Romford manager/owner Glenn Tamplin added to his squad once more last night, announcing the signing of former Billericay Town striker Adam Cunnington.

Cunnington was an enormous part of the Blues Isthmian Premier triumph in 2017-18, scoring eighteen goals, and also memorably got the winner as they defeated Harrogate Town in the FA Trophy Third Round. Since leaving Billericay he has played for Dartford and Hemel Hempstead Town, also in National League South, and he counts Tamworth, Bromley and Cambridge United amongst his former clubs. He left Billericay for Dartford in August, and this will be the lowest level he has played at in more than a decade.
