Kane Munday joins Heybridge Swifts from Stowmarket Town

Heybridge Swifts yesterday confirmed an agreement to sign Kane Munday from Pitching In Isthmian North rivals Stowmarket Town.

Kane joined Stow in May 2021, and was a big success, playing thirty four times- mainly ass a full back, but he can also play in midfield- as his side reached the Play Off Semi-Finals during 21-22. Last season he went on to make another forty four appearances, many of them in a more advanced position, as Stow ended the campaign in seventh place as a dismal May meant they missed out on the top five by six points.

Prior to his time with Stow he turned out for Barking, and previously had two spells with AFC Sudbury, as well as playing in the Eastern Counties League for Halstead Town.
