Hornchurch man Jack Munns signs on at Chatham Town

Chatham Town are recruiting from a position of strength, and our one hundred percenters last night announced the signing of midfielder Jack Munns from top five rivals Hornchurch.

Jack only returned to the Urchins in June after a short time with- then- National League South side Concord Rangers.

Jack first became an Urchin last September, and made twenty two appearances- with three goals- before heading off to play for Rangers. He hasn't yet made an appearance this season.

Jack was a youth with Tottenham Hotspur, moving on to Charlton Athletic after a short loan spell with Aldershot Town. His professional breakthrough came later, with Cheltenham Town, and after departing the Robins he spent time in the land of the Monkey Hangers, Hartlepool United.

After spending a short while jumping up and down in an attempt to keep warm (we've been to Hartlepool) he decided that blue wasn't a natural colour for skin and moved south once more, joining Dagenham and Redbridge. Since leaving the Daggers he turned out for Dover Athletic, Boreham Wood and Billericay Town before his initial move to Bridge Avenue.
