One more at Romford

By Ian Townsend

There's no truth in the rumour that Brentwood Town are having to build an extension on the home dressing room

We know, you're getting word blindness reading all of the Romford transfer stories over the last few days. Well just think yourself lucky you're not the one having to write them! The one thing that can be said for certain is that since Glenn Tamplin's Romford takeover was announced last week, life has been anything but dull.

The latest new arrival at the Boro- announced by Glenn himself on social media- is Michael Aziaya. Michael is a defender, who previously played at Eastbourne Borough and Dartford, but will be better known to Isthmian League watchers from his time at Hastings United and Carshalton Athletic- he was a big part of the Robins squad that earned promotion from the South Division in 2017-18.

This season he has been at Ramsgate, making twelve appearances, the last against Cray Valley PM on November 9th, after starting the campaign at Three Bridges.
