1. Thinking about last season, what were your highlights?
Winning away to VCD with an outfield player in goal for 90 mins and being 2-0 down at half time. We also had a gutsy performance at home to Whitehawk where we won 3-2, when they were previously in top form.
2. And what was the worst moment?
Going to Kent, every visit to Kent is a disaster
3. Which member of your squad was your Player of the Season - and why?
Glen Wilson- a strong CB who does what any captain should do and lead the team.
4. Moving on to your current squad- which players do you think will make a big impact during the 2023-24 campaign?
I’m hoping Connor Tighe settles in to the club and proves what a great asset and signing he is.
5. Realistically, how do you think you’ll do this season?
Ideally mid-table although I think we will fall just short- but anything above the bottom four is a result for us.
6. Which matches are you most looking forward to going to- and why?
Looking forward to visiting the new stadiums this year as we’ve got Broadbridge, Erith, Horndean and Merstham- and it’s definitely not Three Bridges!
7. What is your favourite Isthmian away ground?
It was Chatham- excellent facilities, and good luck to them in the upcoming season. This year it will have to be Burgess Hill Town- a nice little ground.
8. If you regularly travelled away, which ground served the best food?
Last season it was the Burger shack at Corinthian- so this year it’s going to have to be Ashford United.
9. Choose your top five:
Ramsgate, Herne Bay, Sheppey United, Ashford United, Beckenham Town
