Winger Reece Price-Placid is new at Whitehawk

Prior to their match with Sevenoaks Town at the weekend, Whitehawk announced the signing of winger Reece Price-Placid, most recently at Sussex rivals East Grinstead Town.

Reece first came to prominence at Woking, attracting professional interest, and then spent some time in Gibraltar, playing for FC Brunos Magpies.

Upon his return to the UK he spent a short time at Basildon United, making eight appearances and scoring one goal- in victory at Witham Town- and also spent time at Hayes & Yeading United before moving to Harlow Town in January 2019. He made thirteen appearances for the Hawks, scoring twice.

He moved on to the Pitching In Isthmian South East Division with Three Bridges, making nineteen appearances in the number seven shirt, before moving back to Basildon, where he played nine times before the 2019-20 campaign ended early.

Since then he's spent time with Grays Athletic, has spent a little time last season at South Park, and arrives at Sutton Common Rovers last Spring on a dual registration deal from Hartley Wintney in the Pitching In Southern Premier.

He made sixteen appearances for the Wasps this season.
