Rogers for Margate

Margate bring in former Cray man Fjord

Margate had a new man emerging from the bench in their defeat at Brightlingsea Regent on Saturday, as Fjord Rogers made a second half debut.

Forward Fjord spent some of last season with Cray Wanderers, making fifteen appearances. The last of them, coincidentally, came in a defeat against Margate on December 27th. He then went on to play ten times for Sevenoaks Town, scoring twice, and some time at Tunbridge Wells, before starting this season at Whitstable Town, these days in the SCEFL.

He joined Wands from Hollands and Blair, but wasn't entirely unknown in Isthmian circles as he was once a youth player at Faversham Town. He also spent time at Lordswood.
