Lionel Ainsworth heads Sudbury way

AFC Sudbury have added another impressive name to their squad as Lionel Ainsworth arrives from Heybridge Swifts.

Lionel has an impressive pedigree, coming through the youth ranks at Derby County before breaking into the first team squad.
