Transfer deadline Day: Bowers & Pitsea

Bowers & Pitsea announced a pair of new signings prior to their vital win over Folkestone Invicta on Saturday.

Ben Williamson comes in on a dual registration deal from Concord Rangers. Forward Ben has played at a much higher level. Having played youth football for Millwall, he went on to play for Bournemouth, Port Vale, Gillingham, Cambridge United, Eastleigh, Bromley and Dover Athletic. He played ninety minutes on his Bowers debut.

Benedict Bioletti also made his debut and scored the third goal. Coming in on loan from Colchester United, he isn't new to our league, as he came through the ranks at Faversham Town, where he graduated to the first team squad age just sixteen and made thirty four appearances last season aged just seventeen, before heading to Essex in the summer to sign his first professional deal. He has also had a loan spell at Maldon & Tiptree this season, making twenty appearances.
