Two more for Grays

Grays Athletic have announced the signing of former Witham Town skipper Pat Ahern and Braintree Town forward Darelle Russell.

Pat came through the youth and reserve sides at Town to graduate to first team football, making his debut in 2016-17. Since then he's been a mainstay of the side and an almost ever-present, taking over as captain last season.

Darelle should be fairly well known to Isthmian watchers, as he has played for Barking, Cheshunt, Haringey Borough, Billericay Town and Waltham Abbey. He joined Braintree Town earlier this year, after making twenty six appearances for the Abbotts and scoring ten goals.
