Two new Rocks

East Thurrock United had two 'new' starters in their win at Witham Town on Saturday, as Ben Marlow and Anthony Page made debuts.

For Ben it was anything but a debut. The midfielder, who moves back to the Rocks on loan from Bishop's Stortford, spent six years with the club prior to joining the Premier-leading Blues. Injury has restricted him to two outings this season, but he was a regular during the previous two campaigns. Starting with West Ham United and playing for the club as a youth and Under 23, he has also spent time with Canvey Island and Chelmsford City.

Keeper Anthony has been part of the squad at Hashtag United until recently, making eight appearances this season. He has a great deal of experience, much of it in our North Division- turning out for Heybridge Swifts, Brentwood Town, Waltham Abbey, Romford, Ware, Enfield Town, Grays Athletic and Dulwich Hamlet.
