Cameron Brodie and Emmanuel Oluwasemo new at Ashford United


Ashford United had two debutants as they drew with Corinthian in Pitching In Isthmian South East last night.

Midfielder Cameron Brodie comes in on loan from Dartford. He had a loan spell with Cray Wanderers last year, scoring on his debut and going on to play thirty three times in total, scoring five goals. This season he has been with Margate, where he played twenty eight times, scoring six times.

Cameron came through the Darts Academy and also played a dozen games on loan at Sittingbourne during the 2019-20 season. During the 2020-21 campaign played six matches on loan for Tilbury, scoring twice.

Forward Emmanuel Oluwasemo has also been with Margate this season, but only played once before heading off to Bowers & Pitsea. He made twenty four appearances for the Len Salmon based side, scoring three times.

He was with Faversham Town last season, scoring twelve goals. He made forty six appearances last season, three in what there was of 2020-21, and four more after joining the club from Bearsted towards the end of the curtailed 2019-20 campaign.
